What makes it tricky

MAP is a numbers game

Output numbers you can hold us to2-mold configuration: 480 trays/hour. 4-mold: 720 trays/hour. Those are tested cycle figures, not brochure optimism — and note 4 molds isn't simply double, because the cycle time differs.
Two-gas or three-gasDifferent products want different gas mixes. The machine mixes two or three gases; we confirm the right configuration for your product before quoting.
The tray decides the moldSend your tray's dimensions with your inquiry. Molds are made to your tray — changing tray later means changing mold, so we get this right first.

How much shelf life will I gain?

It depends on your product, gas mix and cold chain — anyone quoting you a universal number is guessing. We'll talk through your specific product honestly.

Do I need to buy the gas system from you?

The machine handles the mixing; gas supply is sourced locally in your country. We tell you exactly what to ask your gas supplier for.

2 molds or 4 — how do I choose?

By your real daily output. If 480 trays/hour covers your peak with room to grow, don't pay for 720. We'll do that math with you.
