The lid has to peel, not tearConsumers open yogurt with one pull. That takes proper easy-peel film matched to your cup material — not generic film that welds shut or peels in shreds.

Cup diameter decides your machineUp to 70mm we run 6 cups per cycle; 71–95mm runs 4 per cycle; wider cups move to the pneumatic model. Send your cup's diameter first — everything follows from it.

Hygiene is in the contact partsDairy plants get audited. Food-grade stainless steel contact parts come standard, and we send the material details with your quote.

Before you ask

Can one machine handle two cup sizes?

Each size needs its own mold. The machine stays; molds change over. Send both diameters and we quote the mold set.

Do you supply the cups and film too?

Yes — that's half our business. Machine, cups and film from one supplier means the parts actually fit each other.

How do I know the machine works before it ships?

We film your machine running your cup size before dispatch. You approve the video, then it ships.
